Customer Reviews
Fantastic Wood Chips!
Have you tried Helius Originals yet?! I'm so impressed with their quality! I picked up some Mesquite Wood Chips for my smoker and the flavor they add is just incredible โ really makes a difference. My only tiny gripe is that I wish they offered slightly larger bags for the price, but seriously, the wood itself is top-notch. I love that they use premium woods for their products, too; it really shows in the smoke. I'm definitely going to recommend them to all my grilling buddies and will be shopping here again for sure!
pretty good, like Middleton Mixology
this Premium Gift Box Set is really nice, kinda reminds me of the stuff from Middleton Mixology, but a bit different. everything showed up fast and was packaged well, no issues there. the cherry wood chips smell amazing, only thing is i wish the instructions were a little clearer on how much to use for a subtle smoke.
Consistent quality, fast delivery
I ordered the Smoked Old Fashioned Kit again, this time for a friend's birthday. It was just as good as the last one I got for myself. Shipping was quick, arrived in about 4 days. I keep coming back to Helius Originals because their stuff always works well and looks nice on the bar cart. The wood chips were fresh, and the torch felt solid, just like my previous purchase. They're reliable.
Good kit, works well
Got the Luxury Whiskey Smoker. It arrived quickly. Works as described, easy to use. Made some good drinks.
Solid kit, good support
I ordered the Engraved Smoker Kit a few weeks ago. The ordering process on the website was straightforward. It took 5 days to reach Denver, which was about what I expected. When it arrived, I had a question about refilling the torch, so I used their online chat. The support person was helpful and got me sorted out quickly. The smoker itself is well-made, feels sturdy, and the engraving looked sharp. I used the Oak Wood Chips that came with it, and they produced a nice, consistent smoke. It sits well on various glass sizes. Overall, a good experience and the product met my expectations.
Great value, worth it
I was looking for a good deal on a cocktail smoker and found Helius Originals. I signed up for their newsletter and got 10% off my first order, which was a nice bonus. I bought the Cocktail Smoker Kit with Torch. Shipping was free because it was a kit, which saved me a few bucks too. The packaging was good, everything arrived safely. The quality felt pretty decent for the price I paid. I compared it to some other brands, and this felt like the best bang for my buck. It came with everything I needed to get started, even some Cherry Wood Chips. Definitely a solid purchase if you're trying to save a little but still want something good.
